Introducing Noemí Laro, one of our recent project managers!

We present to you Noemí Laro, one of our recent project managers! It is an honour for us to introduce Noemí, one of the new additions to our Madrid office. Before taking on her current role as project manager, Noemí has been part of the project since 2023, performing functions such as stagehand, technical assistant, and crew leader. Her ability to lead and motivate the team was evident from the beginning, which is why in November 2023, we decided to have her on board as a project manager, where she continues to demonstrate her ability to coordinate projects. Noemí is a colleague with great empathy, which helps her take great care of the crew and the needs of the clients. She is always willing to listen and contribute ideas. Her ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment has been essential in strengthening the team spirit in our Madrid office.
