Personnel Development in the team of artlogic Düsseldorf

Upward trend after Corona initiated with a special recruitment.

  • Important Signal: Following the forced downsizing of the team due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the first new hiring is now taking place.
  • Internal Talent: The former trainee, Loide Miyela, returns to the team after successfully completing her studies.

With a new colleague bringing rich industry experience, artlogic is once again strengthening its scheduling department. Loide Miyela began her training as an event manager at artlogic in 2016 and subsequently opted for a degree in Business Administration. During her studies, she supported the team as a part-time employee until spring 2020. After successfully completing her studies as a state-certified business economist, she is now returning to the team full-time with a focus on cross-border projects and international clients.

This marks another step towards her professional goal, as emphasized by Loide Miyela: “During my three years of training at artlogic, I was able to develop a clear idea of where I want to go professionally. My goal is a leadership position in event management. The business administration degree has prepared me optimally for this. When Michaela called me towards the end of my studies, it just fit perfectly, especially because the international aspect is another important building block for me, and I can contribute my knowledge of Dutch.”

Managing Director Michaela Linnenbrink sees the hiring as a doubly positive sign: “This is of course the highest praise for an employer and shows us that we are on the right track with our personnel development strategy. The goal of our measures is always to offer perspectives. Continuing education is crucial for this. For artlogic as a company, having highly qualified personnel and long-term employment relationships is a win. Additionally, Loide symbolizes for us the turnaround after Corona. We are experiencing a strong order situation and are very positive that we are heading towards a significant stabilization.”
