Eurovision Song Contest 2026

ESC 2026 in Vienna – It was an honour. What an incredible achievement by everyone involved. Together, we provided support across Audio, Lighting, Video, LED, Rigging, Broadcast, Set Construction, Site Operations, and many more areas.

Our journey began on 30 March, and finished on 22 May. The final truck departed.  During the build, we deployed between 40 and 120 crew members every day. 

Throughout the rehearsal period, it wasn’t just our 22 Stage Ninjas and their two Ninja Chiefs who kept everything running: overall, we had 40 to 60 crew members working onsite almost every day. 

On the first day of dismantling, we reached a peak of 336 crew members working day and night to dismantle, load, and keep the operation moving. From there, the numbers gradually decreased as the project came to a close. 

Every single member of our team should be incredibly proud, especially those who were there almost every day. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made this project possible.
