artlogic crew has their first online health and safety training

Yesterday we held our first occupational safety training conference to conform with the Covid-19 situation. 68 participants took part!

We usually conduct our health and safety training in a classroom setting but due to the restrictions of social distancing we decided to host the training in a virtual environment.
The participants also completed a short exam on our mobile app. Our system, SquidWeb, allows us to create forms (questionnaires, exams and other documents that require and answer) that can be completed, signed and returned in this way – more useful now than ever.

During this time, such meetings are a fantastic way to renew our team’s qualification and keep the whole crew at the top of their game.
As many of us in the event industry, we at artlogic are cautiously optimistic for the future of events,  we hope the pandemic passes sooner rather than later, and we can return to building shows that are safe for our crew, clients and all who attend. The shows must go on!

It is in preparation of this return to action that we are taking steps to keep our crew engaged, trained and ready. There are three more sessions planned in the coming weeks before this OH&S qualification is complete and we will continue to introduce new trainings for our crew and update our internal structure until we are able to return to normal service.

A huge thanks to all of the team that took part yesterday!
