-African proverb
The digital checkout is the next step in the concept of the paperless office, which we at artlogic have been practicing for years. It is faster, more economical, and more ecological.
We want to show our commitment to this cause with One Crew | One Tree and since the global climate strike day in September 2019 we have donated a tree for every digital crew checkout completed in the SquidWeb mobile app. We select the planting projects together with the Panterito Foundation according to criteria of sustainability and effectiveness.
artlogic is supported by the Panterito Foundation. It advises on the choice of reforestation projects and accompanies their implementation.
Panterito was originally set up by artlogic founder Simon Stürtz to implement the company’s CO2 compensation. Since then, the non-profit foundation has reforested 6.5 hectares of land in Panama and, in addition to its forest projects, also supports projects in the field of water to switch from bottled water to tap water consumption.
We have donated trees since the beginning of the project in 2019
An unusually fast growing forest is emerging in Borneo. Agroforestry aims for rapid carbon sequestration, short-term reconstruction of a shady canopy for other plants, timely yields for local farmers – and to protect the primary rainforest.
