As the work of a stagehand is mainly physical and the logistics behind require quite some coordination, we developed a digital tool that is guiding and supporting you on the job. From start to finish.
What is required
We will train you for all you need to know on the job. No experience needed. Still, we are not looking for just anyone but reliable crew members.

Our 3 contractual models
part-time employment
Part-time employment based on 20, 25, 30 or 35 hours per week.
We guarantee you your working hours per month.
You can work more any time. – There is plenty of work to do!
marginal employment
Contracts on the basis of marginal employment (“geringfügige Beschäftigung”).
We guarantee your monthly working hours
and you can switch to a part-time-contract later if you like.
occasional employment
With a case-by-case-basis employment (“Fallweise Beschäftigung”), you get jobs proposed.
There are no monthly minimum or maximum hours.
