As the work of a stagehand is mainly physical and the logistics behind require quite some coordination, we developed a digital tool that is guiding and supporting you on the job. From start to finish.

We will train you for all you need to know on the job. No experience needed. Still, we are not looking for just anyone but reliable crew members.

Our 3 contractual models

part-time employment

Part-time employment based on 20, 25, 30 or 35 hours per week.

We guarantee you your working hours per month.

You can work more any time. – There is plenty of work to do!

marginal employment

Contracts on the basis of marginal employment (“geringfügige Beschäftigung”).

We guarantee your monthly working hours

and you can switch to a part-time-contract later if you like.

occasional employment

With a case-by-case-basis employment (“Fallweise Beschäftigung”), you get jobs proposed.

There are no monthly minimum or maximum hours.

It is 100% your call accepting or declining every single job proposal.

Case-by-case employment is The student’s or sideline choice .

How much do I earn with occasional employment?

As a stagehand you earn € 12,96 (gross) per hour on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the function/booking, your hourly wage can increase if you meet the required qualifications.

No monthly minimum or maximum hours limitations.

How much do I earn with a marginal employment?

What does a stagehand assignment look like?

An hour prior to the start of a job, you are required to confirm your readiness. Then, you meet the rest of the crew at the meeting point – this can be directly at the location or beforehand if you drive up with other crew. Onsite there will be a short briefing before starting. Jobs mostly last 5 – 10 hours. The dr-rig of concerts often happens at night, while it´s customary that fairs and other events are being dismantled the next day.

What benefits can I expect?

You will get a helmet, gloves, safety shoes and T-shirts with artlogic branding from us.
Polo-shirts, hoodies, etc. with company branding are also available.
Free coffee in our office. On many jobs there is also free coffee, water, soft drinks, fruits and sweets.
With many customers we have the agreement that they have to provide some catering if the job goes for more than 6 hours. If catering was agreed upon, but there was none, you´ll get € 10,- flat for that job.
For jobs that begin when there is no public transport available, you´ll get € 10,- flat in addition to your wage.
When you become a crew leader after a certain time, you´ll get € 10,- flat per job in addition to your wage.
With a part-time contract, you will get a company cell phone after a certain period of time, which you can use privately too.
